AREAS OF FOCUS
Finding the Right Path Forward
Whether you're a teenager finding your footing, a young adult figuring out who you are, a couple working through a hard season, or someone curious about a different kind of healing — there's a place to begin here.
A space where you don't have to have it all figured out.
Teen Therapy
Being a teenager is hard — even when it doesn't look that way from the outside. The pressure to perform, fit in, figure out who you are, and hold it all together can be exhausting. Therapy is a place to put that weight down for a while.
Zoe works with teens navigating anxiety, depression, school stress, identity, social challenges, family dynamics, and the general overwhelm of growing up. She's not another adult telling you what to do — she's genuinely curious about your experience and committed to making this feel like your space, not something being done to you.
Who this is for
Teenagers (roughly ages 13–17) who are struggling, stuck, or just carrying more than they should have to carry alone. Parents: Zoe is happy to connect with you too — she'll explain how she works with families at the start.
Approaches used
For the in-between years — when everything is changing at once.
Young Adult Therapy
Your twenties and early thirties can feel like a constant negotiation between who you were, who you're becoming, and who everyone else expects you to be. That tension is real — and it deserves real support.
Zoe works with young adults navigating the transitions that define this season: leaving home, building a career, figuring out relationships, managing anxiety or depression, processing past experiences, and learning to trust yourself. Her approach is collaborative and honest — she'll meet you where you are without judgment, and help you find your footing.
Who this is for
Adults roughly ages 18–35 who are in the thick of it — whether that's a specific challenge or just a general sense that something needs to shift. Telehealth available throughout Washington State.
Approaches used
Find your way back to each other.
Couples Therapy
Every relationship has seasons — some easier than others. Couples therapy creates a space where both of you can be heard, where old patterns can shift, and where you can find your way back to each other.
Zoe works with couples navigating communication breakdowns, conflict, intimacy challenges, life transitions, and more. The goal isn't a perfect relationship — it's a real one. One where both people feel seen, valued, and connected.
Who this is for
Couples at any stage — whether you're in crisis, feeling disconnected, or simply want to build something stronger before things get harder.
Approaches used
Healing that happens outside the office.
Equine-Assisted Therapy
Horses are remarkably perceptive animals. They respond to what you're actually feeling — not what you're saying — which makes them extraordinary partners in the therapeutic process. Equine-assisted therapy takes the work outside, into a barn, alongside a horse.
This isn't riding therapy. Sessions are ground-based — you'll work with a horse through activities designed to build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and connection. Horses mirror our emotional states with uncanny accuracy, offering feedback that's honest, immediate, and impossible to argue with.
Who this is for
Anyone curious about a different kind of therapeutic experience. Particularly powerful for teens and young adults, those who feel stuck in traditional talk therapy, and clients working through trauma, anxiety, or emotional regulation challenges. No horse experience needed.
Meet the Horses
Each horse brings something different to the work. You don't choose them — they tend to choose you.
