Meet Zoe

A Therapist Who Knows the Terrain

Zoe Kilgore is a licensed mental health associate based in Seattle, WA, specializing in individual and couples therapy. She brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep belief that healing happens when you feel truly seen.

When she's not in session, you'll find Zoe on a trail with her three dogs, spending time with her horses, snowboarding or somewhere in the mountains. That same love of the outdoors — the patience it takes, the perspective it gives — shapes how she shows up for her clients.

Zoe's approach is collaborative and grounded. She meets you where you are, and walks alongside you as you find your footing.

How I Can Help

Areas of Focus

Teen Therapy

Being a teenager is hard — even when it doesn't look that way from the outside. Therapy is a space to put that weight down for a while.

Zoe works with teens navigating anxiety, depression, school stress, identity, social challenges, and the general overwhelm of growing up.

Young Adult Therapy

Your twenties and early thirties can feel like a constant negotiation between who you were, who you're becoming, and who everyone expects you to be.

Zoe works with young adults navigating transitions, identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, and learning to trust yourself.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship has seasons — some easier than others. Couples therapy creates a space where both of you can be heard and find your way back to each other.

Zoe works with couples navigating communication challenges, conflict, life changes, intimacy, and more. The goal isn't perfection — it's connection.

Equine-Assisted Therapy

Horses respond to what you're actually feeling — not what you're saying — which makes them extraordinary partners in the therapeutic process.

Ground-based sessions held at a private barn in Redmond, WA. No prior horse experience needed.

My Approach

Therapy Rooted in Connection

Healing isn't a straight line — it's more like a trail. There are switchbacks, steep climbs, and moments where the view opens up and everything makes sense. I'm here to walk that trail with you.
